How to Get Started

When you switch to a Quinte First mortgage, we take care of the details for you.  Here are a few easy steps to get you started:

1. Apply online now to complete a pre-approval.  We will then follow up with you to complete the application process. 
   
   You may also schedule an appointment with one of our Lending Specialists to complete the application process in-branch.  Call 613-966-4111 or contact your local branch to setup an appointment.

2. Sign a permission letter that allows Quint First to obtain a payout statement from your current financial institution.

3. We will prepare all the documents so all you need to do is sign!
