IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCESS CODE (PAC)

At Quinte First Credit Union, your online security is extremely important to us. That's why we are further enhancing our Online and Mobile Banking security by giving you more flexibility in choosing a stronger, more complex Personal Access Code (PAC).

Starting December 10th, 2018 , as soon as you log in to Online Banking or the Quinte First Mobile App, you will be prompted to change your personal access code (PAC).

Your new PAC must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 8 characters minimum and up to 30 characters maximum
  • Contain at least one upper case letter
  • Contain at least one lower case letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • No spaces
  • You can use any of the following optional special characters ( ) : ! @ # $
  • You cannot reuse any of your previous 10 passwords

YOUR PAC AND TELEPHONE BANKING

The enhancements to PAC on December 10th, 2018 will only apply to Online and Mobile Banking users. If you use Telephone Banking you will continue to access the phone banking system with your Member Number and current PAC. Telephone Banking accepts only a number access code and must be a minimum of 4 numbers and maximum of 8 numbers.
